Why has Summer Fridays been the craze on social media?

Summer Fridays is a vegan and cruelty free cosmetic brand, founded by two beauty influencers, Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Gores Ireland. Their brand launched with one highlighted product intending to create a huge impact in skin care. Over time their brand expanded and has skyrocketed through social media. Summer Fridays has gone viral through their popular product, Lip Butter Balm. This lip care product has developed to eight different flavors and tints. The balm has been formulated with vegan waxes that eliminate a sticky texture but adds hydration and shows off the shine.

My thoughts on the Lip Butter Balm –

As a teenage girl I own plenty of lip care products. I probably keep about five different lip balms and glosses in my school bag. These vary from Glossier Balm Dotcom, NYX Fat Oil, Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Balm, and most importantly the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm. Out of these products I have to say, Summer Fridays is my most used and favorite one. It gives me the most natural, glossy lips and adds color depending on the tint shade. However, it is not long lasting and pricy. Within twenty minutes, the product is completely dissolved into my lips and needs reapplying.

Summer Fridays targets a young demographic and is in high demand at Sephora locations. All eight shades suit every skin tone and lip. If you want to splurge on a beautiful lip balm, I 100% recommend Summer Fridays.
